What I don't understand is why they keep sending AOR and not sending SA.. that's kind of weird

Maybe they are tweaking the process as they go...but in the end what do we know?

wow congrats. have you had an AOR before is so on what date? also you got your Sa by e-mail ? around what time?

they don't say they will take 85 days, they say it's taking 85 days at the moment since they were working on nov 3rd.but it depends on hoy many they get each day maybe they got a lot on nov 4th so it's taking longer...

I have just inserted my info into the spreadsheet. My app was received Nov 17 (Common law outland) and I received AOR today (Feb 4)

an exclusion order alone does not negatively affect your application. the fact you are applying for pr means you now understand the rules. most likely, the application will be held and if the file warrants an approval otherwise, it will be issued when the exclusion order is over.
