yeah I know!

We'll get it soon, maybe the second stage will be faster!

How long it the second stage for Brazil ?
According to CIC website, the second stage for Brazil is 11 months. But doing some research in here and reading other posts from months back, I have seen people get passport request in a few months only. I guess it all depends on your application.
How is Bogota in that respect?

You are lucky because CIC take 14 months for your application. I'm Singapore applicant. CIC take 31 months to process Singapore application

It seems like the officers didn't make it to work today because of the snow storm...

hi everyone! bit late but my partner and i sent our application on November 17 (or at least that's when the courier said it was delivered). i needed a mental health break after all the stress and worrying this process has caused! I have added our info to the spreadsheet and we eagerly await AOR and SA! ahh! good luck to all! ;D

Hi everyone.
My application was received by CPC-Mississauga on Nov 3. Sent by courier - courier showed that it was received and signed by a person in the mailroom.

No acknowledgement of receipt yet.

I called the call centre, and they said that the application isn't in the system yet and that maybe it got transferred to the inland process. My partner is in Canada on visitor status, living with me, but we clearly indicated that we wanted the overseas process. They told me to call back in a few weeks and follow-up.

I know someone else who applied in October whose partner is also living in Canada but who applied through the overseas process, and they were told that their application was moved to the inland process.

Is this happening to anyone else? I can't understand why they would move our applications when you can apply through the overseas process even if your spouse is living in Canada.

This worries me as I am also in Canada on a visitor visa.
I wrote on the envelop "THIS IS AN OUTLAND APPLICATION" and I hope they don't mess that up =(
Hope you sort that out!

how come no one is geting AOR after 31 jan. Does CIC stops working on Spouse cases or spred sheet is not updated.
