That's really not fair..
it feels like YEARS because you're so away from ur loved one.. it should not take that long.

All I hope is they just don't send Emails to Nov applicants asking them for the updated form and then go right to the Dec applicants and update the processing time to 31 days!

You should call the call center and ask why u haven't heard from them.
61 days is A LOT of time.

We both live in New Zealand and the only phone number they give is for someone living in Canada. We are trying to get hold of someone in Canada now so they can phone on our behalf, if that is possible.

Does anyone have a number we can call from outside of Canada? This is pretty frustrating given the level of customer service we are used to these days :(

I don't think there's a number from outside Canada to contact CIC officers in Canada.
another thing you can do is to email them.. that can take a while for a response though.

I am not sure if someone can call them on ur behalf.. but the only way to know it's not really u is if they know you're in New Zealand right now.

just because the website hasn't been updated doesn't mean nothing is happening. it is not a requirement to update the website, it's a courtesy. there are october people receiving AOR and SA this week. pretty soon they will get to november.
