I need your help to my question.

At 20 November 2013 I get hire as a temporary welder to a automotive industry with 40 hrs per week through a teppen agency. At 20 January 2014 the factory hire me as a full timer welder and nachine operator for 40 hrs per week a lot of overtime good benefits and good money too.

My question is that I sent my papers to apply for CEC at the end of November 2014 because I want to avoid the new Express Entry program. Now their is any chance to reject my application because I was temporary for that time? And also i still working at the same factory does that count for something? my work permit expire at November 2015.
Any help guys.
thnks.

I agree with @ AAA2133, the link below gives you an idea that you need not to be a Fulltime you should have the Canadian Exp with atleast for 12 months from the last 36 months.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp Though this link is for EE but it still answers the Criteria and your question.

@ snowoxy, updated spreadsheet, Good Luck!!

Hey, I don't think CIC should have any major concerns in terms of education and job correlation given your career in the hospitality industry shows a gradual growth curve where you started at an entry level position and then made your way up to the position of the RM. In my case I have both - hospitality education and a gradual growth curve in the hospitality field. I think it should make logic to them that once they've granted you PR you'll succeed in your field in Canada and if they're convinced with that - there shouldn't be a problem.
