There are August applicants who have not received their AOR yet. It will be well into the new year before November applicants start receiving AORs.Armaa060 said:

Good morning ! Anybody knows if the Nov application will fall under the 8000 number cap? I haven't seen any update from the CIC page frm a while and the number seems stuck under 5000.
