Guys, Don't get tensed!! Coz looking at the trends, it is evident that CIC is working to issue the AORs as they were doing it for the last couple of weeks. It will surely help some folks here in getting their AORs for their BoWP. Wish you all Good Luck!! I am also one of the November applicants like you hoping for the best.

@Pravatmail, updated your details in the spreadsheet. Good Luck!!

I am really stressed out and is affecting my health :'(

Also very worried because I was scammed by a lawyer that was hired by my company to extend my work visa, and was assured everything alright, only to found out a year later that nothing had been filed. I had put letter explaining what happen in the document, and everything supporting it. We got scammed, I really have no intention of working under no permit, etc etc. And I go home after application to restore my status was rejected, as per their instruction. Also already stated in the application I am back home and worked here already. Hopefully they will understand.

November 2014 applicant here too!

I just looked at the Excel sheet of the folks who applied in September 2014 and it looks like they started getting their AORs the first days of this month so that should mean we should be expecting our AORs around March 2015, I guess.

By the way, does anybody know what comes after the AOR? Other than police checks that were not submitted with the application as per CIC's guidelines. Are medicals mandatory?

If you're referring to PCC from your own country or other foreign countries where you lived for more than 6 months continuously then they might request you to submit or you can do it voluntarily. If you're referring to Canadian PCC this not a mandatory to everyone and is a case by case basis. usually the Immigration officers does the light background check to see the Database if the person with similar name, DOB etc matches, If it does then they will request to submit a RCMP PCC otherwise you can proceed to take the Upfront Medicals unless they request you more documents like lates T4 (for eg:2014 T4 and/or NOA) etc.

Please add me to the spreadsheet :) Please!

Hi Guys, can anyone tell me when to send my pcc ? I have applied on 20th Nov 2014. And I get my pcc for two countries on 30th Nov 2014.
How can I send these documents to cic ? or I should wait to get a call from cic to submit pcc?
what is the validity time of these documents?
Do I need to apply new pcc ?

Hi,
the best way to send the PCC is to wait till you get your AOR. This way CIC will be able to locate your file. Without the AOR and the file number it's almost impossible to do that.

Did any one of November applicants started charging by CIC? ..

Didn't see any move from Oct 20 applicants charging Money Order or DD OR CC

Worrying myself...My application is received on Oct 23

I'm being positive here and hoping our CC gets charged soon. Does anyone here knows any November applicant whose application was returned due to missing document?

with the lack of any payments in over 2 weeks now. I cant help but think the Cap has been reached. If you look on the FSW page they are processing payments today for December received applications.

Ive tried to be positive but with every passing day, i am getting more and more concerned.

Im now going to have to sit a new english test, education credentials check, before i apply on EE. Its annoying but id rather gamble that money and apply sooner then continue to be left here in the dark by CIC.

The lack of any kind of information from CIC is troubling.

It's really sad :( I can understand where you're coming from Vancitychris. I would do the same thing if i was in your shoes.

I'm currently looking at other options like PNP and i've also created an express entry profile already. I'm still positive with the CEC application tho.

I believe CIC would send out a press release or something to notify Nov/Dec applicants if the cap is reached.

If the CAP has been reached then CIC would have updated the News on its website well ahead of time. So, guys do not worry and be optimistic.

@Preeticalgary, @nmodi; your profiles were updated in the tracker!!
