Hi All,
Here is my timelines

App Received: 25th Nov

AOR : 10th JAN 2014

I have done Upfront Medical on 24th April 2014 and my doctor advised that he uploaded my results within two weeks time. However till now ECAS status not changed to Medical received.

In the meantime, i have received an Medical request email from on 6th June 2014 and i sent an email with UMI # and medical receipt on 9th June 2014.

ECAS changed to In Progress: 11th June and i got RPRF email on 16th June 2014 and i paid RPRF on the same day and send an email with RPRF receipts to CIC as well.

After that no response. Since my ECAS status not showing Medicals received yet, am worried. Today i have requested GCMS Notes, however i have to wait for another 30 days to get my GCMS notes.

Is there any other way to confirm whether CIC received my medicals or not ?

Any thoughts guys ?

Im pretty much on the same boat buddy. I did my medicals on May 26th and the waiting time is killing me. However, we technically are still into the normal proccessing time.

Remember that average time for these applications are 11 months, so some of us could be waiting until even september until they get PPR.

Please let me know if you hear anything from them

Thanks,

Happy Canada Day to Everyone!

I have a feeling that this week we will see a lot more PPR's

Requesting for your help in my case.

I have applied for PR under CEC. My wife is in India and she has never traveled to Canada. We both received medicals on Jun 18. I have done Medicals in Canada, she has done in India. If we receive PPR, I would like to know the process to send my wife's Passport for Stamping? Can she send the passport to Delhi?

Please help me to answer this question.

Yes, you can request CIC to change your wife's passport stamping office to an office in India. CIC will provide you the instructions, but most likely passport has to be submitted in person at the New Delhi office. Read this thread for more information: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/visa-stamping-at-other-office-t187037.0.html

In addition to Maniac2403's reply.

When you receive a PPR, the mail will mention whether you want to request change of visa office for visa printing. You need to reply to them with your locations and request VO change for your wife's stamping accordingly.

In India, the passport can be sent through VFS (I am not sure whether you can personally take them to the New Delhi VO yourself).

Check http :// www . vfsglobal . ca / canada / india / and Passport Transmission Services
