NOVEMBER 2013 APPLICATIONS

We submit our pp last june 13 and they received it june 16 with mr. Lemeux as a signature.
The tracker activated at june 25 around 6pm. We we're expecting it would arrive last june 30 but nothing came maybe because of the holiday (july 1).. So we just received it today around 1pm.. And i think it depends on the locations too, if your in ontario you will receive it the soonest..im in sk so it takes time to be delievered here.

All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. When attaching your document(s), please ensure that they are smaller than 5MB and that each document is attached individually.

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated below."

I'm torn now if I need to sent the hardcopy of the document via courier or just reply to the email attaching the employment letter.

Let me know you thoughts. Thank you in advance

That's a standard response that CIC sends out. You need to email the scanned copy of the letter. I was asked to submit one for me and got the RRPF 2 days later.

But in the letter it tells me to 'ensure to note your Immigration Medical Examination (IME) number and UCI and present them to your panel physician'...
What IS "IME" number and where can I find it??
Is it the same as my file number???????

I also have the same situation, but medicals have been received since like june 19th.

I added some translation documents (sent them by mail) about 2 or 3 months ago.

can you please advise?

Looking at a few other posts it seems that this has happened with a few applications. Does not seem to be a reason to worry.

Although I have a question for you. Does it say 'medicals received' when you click on 'Application received' in the ecas status? And also does it mention anything that says they have started processing your file from xyz date?

Wait a minute, the line you mentioned earlier was directly from a MR email. Was there no attachment in the email? If no, then you should inform CPC immediately.

or we'll really have a longer waiting time.
