In my case just two questions. Do you have any crimnial record anywhere and world and have you ever refused entry to Canada. Apart from this, she asked address proof and do I have any intention to move out. Thats all.

Yes, I would suggest to carry all your documents with you and one address proof(Driving Licence or any bill). If planning to land on Rainbow bridge, go by walk as this is faster.

No, this is still with me. I heard in some cases they had asked for it.

why are you so sure it takes them 2 weeks? don't you know that CIC is random sometimes?

I said two weeks from the 'trend' that applicants since July 2013 had faced. Of course it can take upto 60 days

My passports were delivered to CIC in Ottawa

No signature though, I guess it is because I did not pay for it.

The final wait has begun...
