No, you do not have to upload any documents when requesting GCMS notes. I think
you only need documents when you request notes on the behalf of someone else.

Yes you can come and work in Canada. That will not put any impact on your file. You will have to notify CIC once you have joined your company in Canada. Change Address and job, just email Ottawa (CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca) with your Name, UCI, AOR number once you arrive/take up jobs.

If you go in to Quebec, it may create problems for you. Then CIC may ask you to submit proof that you will not live in Quebec after PR.

Thank You!!

You don't have to send your 2013 T4 unless CIC asks you to do so.

Great! Thanks :)

Hello!

I am a november applicant but I just received my AOR on January 19th!! It was quite late, right?

Also I remember, I made the mistake of not sending NOTARIZED translations of my birth certificates and police certicates, I just sent an translation but not notarized nor certified ... should I contact them and send notarized translations right now or just wait until they contact me?

Could there be any problem just because of those documents translations? Everything else like work experience and everything is in english.

Thanks!

Hi Guys,

This is also very important for me to understand the following two queries. I would appreciate if senior members of this group answers my concern.

(1) I am already working in Quebec, since Sept 2012 and applied for CEC on 25th Nov 2013 (AOR 10th Jan 2014). My work permit expires in Sept 2014. My question is whether I will have a problem with my CEC if I am working in Quebec till my application is processed and will it have negative impact on my application during its processing. Do I need to show any proof that I will be moving to other place after my PR, if so what kind of proof should I provide.

(2) Do I need apply for BOWP around June 2014, will it have any problems with my staying in Quebec.

Hi! Guys
I am a November applicant, my application was received on 17th of Nov and I got my AOR on 30th December. I sent everything along with my application except PCC, I mailed my PCC in first of March but I havent got any conformation from CPC Ottawa yet about receiving the PCC. And also I changed my job in mid of March, I havent informed immigration yet, Can you guys please tell me how to inform CEC about changing the employer, I have a open work permit; I am really confused that whom I am going to inform and how, like what email address do I need to mail, is it CIC or CPC, Please help me seniors.

CIC can request documents at any time. They could request updated forms, PCCs, letters from employer, etc.
