I have filed my application on the November 15th and received my AOR on the 20th December.

Still no updates as of yet.

You are good to go if you have 4 months or less in your current work permit ! I would suggest waiting a bit more coz BOWP usually takes about 2 weeks to be approved and ones it's approved your current WP will be cancelled, which means you will loose a few months..

You are good to go if you have 4 months or less in your current work permit ! I would suggest waiting a bit more coz BOWP usually takes about 2 weeks to be approved and ones it's approved your current WP will be cancelled, which means you will loose a few months..

that what plays on my mind also.. wait til june .. mine will expire 3rd week of august.. we are just now like playing basketball in a dying second.. to shoot for the win or miss .. lolzzz every second count..

June, eh...

You don't have to send your 2013 T4 unless CIC asks you to do so.

Yes I would suggest apply for BOWP some where around June. My guess is you will probably not need the BOWP after all, because there is a possibility that you will become PR by August 2nd week.

But why take any chance? So apply for BOWP and get a second path ready, in case something goes wrong OR that your file takes longer time.

Yes you can come and work in Canada. That will not put any impact on your file. You will have to notify CIC once you have joined your company in Canada. Change Address and job, just email Ottawa (CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca) with your Name, UCI, AOR number once you arrive/take up jobs.

If you go in to Quebec, it may create problems for you. Then CIC may ask you to submit proof that you will not live in Quebec after PR.
