Hello - I have couple questions to pick your brain

1 - I know there are mixed opinions on doing upfront Medical. However, what do you guys recommend me? I'm a november applicant who got AOR on Dec 20th. We may get medical requests in a month or so. Would it make sense to go for upfront medical? or just wait for the request. I'm not sure how busy these doctors are.

2 - Till what stage can a person add spouse to the application? (No, I'm not married yet lol). However, wondering when is the absolute last an applicant can do it. I may get married in few months (fingers crossed lol).

Hi, I am Nov. applicant. I got my BOWP, but I realized that the passport number was wrong. It was an expired passport number. I am swear that I fill up the new passport number. What should I do now? Who or where should I contact?

Also, I move to a new place. Where should I inform that I have moved and changed my address? Can I do it online? or call centre or visa office (Sydney or Ottawa)?

I am guessing Nov applicants are going to have medical request soon. How did they contact you? via email or letter?

1 - I would not recommend Upfront Medicals now, because your Actual MR will come with in a month (may be even before that).
2 - I believe you can add a person before they issue you a visa.

I would suggest you to go for upfront medical request if doctor appointment is taking a longer time. If you are getting a doctor appointment with in 1 or 2 days, then you can wait for MR else I would suggest you to go ahead with upfront medicals..

I finally got my first GCSM notes today! exciting! 25 pages! Lots of redundancies. How do I know what is relevant? It looks as if nothing has started yet (I got AOR on Jan 10, 2014) - no criminality, no RCMP, etc. But on page 15 it says:

Application status: 2
App status: open
App status reason: TFR-Eligibility

What does this mean?

I am also more than happy to share my GCMS notes with you, but I am not sure which of the 25 pages might be relevant

Thanks! there are several posts on doctors. Which doctors do you guys recommend in Toronto or Calgary? I will try to call them up and ask.

Hold tight guys some one from 15 oct got MR...Things have been slow down but still i am optimistic about MR for november people in late 1st week or 2nd week of May.
