Need both 1560 hours and 1yr. That will qualified if you finished 1560 in six month still need to qualified for 12 month requirement.

Correct. So:

I have 7 months full time till Nov: 840 hours (if i go by 30 hours per week)

Part time: Avg 24 hours per week with 1000+ hours. (Part time hours got during 1 year in that company)

My rough calculation:
1000/30= 33 weeks
+
7*4=28 weeks

Total= 61 weeks

is it right?

yes good to go but what in employment letter mention which you provide?

I didn't provide any calculation:

But mentioned the below:

1. 30th April 2013 - 24th March 2013 : NOC 6314 : Part-time
Total : 612.25 hours
Avg: 12.5/week

2. 18th May 2013 - Ongoing, NOC 2282 Part time
Total:623.21 hours(Till app filed), avg: 12.5/week

3. 25th March 2013 - Ongoing (40 hours/week, full time) NOC 2281

Something wrong in April 2013 to march 2013
612.25/30: 20 or 21 week around

2. 18th May 2013 - Ongoing, NOC 2282 Part time
Total:623.21 hours(Till app filed), avg: 12.5/week
20 or 21 week

3. 25th March 2013 - Ongoing (40 hours/week, full time) NOC 2281
Around 28 week
So by week 68 and by hours also ok as per my view you are good to go

Hello Friends,

Hope you all are having great Holidays...
Ofcourse! for who already received their AOR(s)...
Why NOT for the ones who are expecting their AOR(s)...

Well I just want an advise from seniors that I received my T4 for 2013 today. So, do I've to inform/email CIC since I already have received my Application Number ?

I have to cancel my card due to safety reasons today....but my cc was charged by CIC on 24th...is there any thing i should be worry about..
still waiting for my AOR

Any update today for cc charge or aor

Seniors Please Help!!

I am a bit confused. I just wanted to make sure how cec calculates the workexperience of a worker in canada. I have provided all my T4's and few recent paystubs.
My tenure in canada was in two different trips:
1- 15 Aug 2O1O to 8 Oct 2011
2- 11 Nov 2012 to 12 May 2013

Question 1:
My first WP expired on 1O feb 2O1O and I applied for extension. I received the extended WP in July with dates mentioned on it from 14th June 2O11. Though I have been regularly and legally working for the duration after I applied for extention i.e. between 1O feb 2O11 to 14th June 2O11. But dates are not there on new WP.

Will I still be eligible ?
I have sent few paystubs for my stay from nov 2O12 to May 2O13. Attached all T4's and assessment. Employer reference letter mentioning the full duration and proper job description.

Question 2:
For my first stay the per annum earnings were different from my second stay in 2O12-13 but the salary that has been mentioned in employer reference letter is the latest one only. Does it makes any difference?

Question 3:
Haven't mentioned NOC code in employer referral letter. Any probs for november applicants?

Work in impplied status will ok but I don't think CIC count if more than 90 days not sure

That will be ok no any issue

Thanks samir, is there any proof that I would have to produce to prove my implied status. I haven't attached any cover letter as well.

Not needed if you submitted both wp

Thanks Samir.
Yeah, I have submitted both the WPs but I am not sure how CIC would get to verify that I was working for the duration which is not mentioned in my WPs. i.e. after 1Oth feb 2O11 to 14th Jun 2O11.
And moreover, I haven't attached a cover letter explaining the situation
