most likely, your application will be returned due to number 3 only, Lack of UCI.

They can find your UCI from copy of your WP. First time I sent my application for CEC I got it returned due to the unsigned form. I also didn't write my UCI number in application form as I didn't know that I have it. However, in returned application I found that visa officer filled this number manually, and he was only complained about the unsigned form, not about missing UCI, so I think there is no reason to worry about it. This information is not critical as they already have it.

My application was received on 18 nov no AOR or cc charged, is it something to worry ...hope they didn't find any mistakes in my application and it's on way back

Don't worried wait atleast 40 days from receiving application date and on 25 and 26 holiday so it will late

How much time did they take to return your application. Is there any chances of application being returned on the basis of such mistakes after getting AOR?
And do they check the eligibility first hand for november applicants i.e. stay in canada in last 3 years etc.

I am shyam, my PR appl forms were return to me dated 16 dec 2013, because I forgot to sign one form. I have signed the form and sent my application again on date 19th dec. My appl was received on 23rd by canada Imigration.

They received my application on Sept 26, and sent it back on Oct 29 by regular mail so I received it on Nov 9. At that time processing time for AOR was 60 days. Probably it's changed a little bit in the meantime, so it's not the same now.
I believe that they perform some basic checks before AOR, such as if you filled form properly, if you missed to write some important data, or you missed to send some required document. Each field in my forms was marked by red pen and some data were corrected too. Some important data, such as NOC or years of experience has been pointed out. However, I don't think they are checking the validity of data you provided. For example, if you write you have more then 1 year of experience, I believe they will not check it in this stage, and probably they could find it later there is some gap in your work or that it's not experience in your NOC. So, probably, application checking is not finished until you receive a medical request and you are never sure they will not return your application.

Around 11:00...I guess it got charged yesterday but appears on statement after a day
