Can someone please let me know how to get USA PCC from India ? I searched and couldn't find in this forum much details. Also am not sure where can i go for fingerprints as am in Hyderabad and how much time it take to get PCC from USA to INdia.
Also one more question, i heard once we are asked for PCC by emailo then can we scan and reply to the email which we received or we need to send originals only?

Please let me know details on how to get USA PCC from Hyderabad,India. I re-applied for PR in Feb 2014 and planning to send upfront PCC if possible to save sometime.

As per document checklist, only copies are required, so you can scan and email them.

Are we required to send copy of T4(2013) and NOA(2013) to cic? Will there be any impact whatsoever if we don't send these documents?

Documents are required for your application as per document checklist, so I'd advise you to send
the documents whenever you get them.

I should have clarified, I submitted my 2012 T4 and NOA with my application in Nov 2013 and received AOR in Dec 2013. My question was do we need to send T4 and NOA for 2013 as well?

You don't have to. I also applied in September 2013 with my 2012 T4 and I received my 2013 T4 a couple of days
ago and emailed it to CPC.
Submitting the document won't hurt and might save you a day or two in case CPC requests it later on.

Send it, if you have the document.

Question for ppl who submitted or have NOA for 2013...

How did you get NOA 2013 so soon? I received my T4 2013 couple of days back, will I get NOA 2013 if I file my taxes for 2013?

I was under the assumption that the tax processing and NOA issuing takes place after April 30...
