Yup I m planning to apply for my first GCMS notes in May 2014.
So that I receive it in early June

will CIC check the experience eligibility of 1 year also when intial review done before providing AOR or only VO will do this check and then decide ?

I applied for PCC at BLS, Toronto on 30-Dec-13

till date the status reads as 'processing at cons general'.... It 2 months now and am still waiting..

anybody had such a delay?

yes they check it.but they dont go deep in job duties

Is ur passport issue from India or Toronto? If Toronto than its take only 3 weeks if from India than its take longer 8 working weeks.

My passport was issued at Singapore (Indian consulate at Singapore) - will this be a reason for delays?

Yes don't worried max period is 8-9 weeks u will get in one or two week

Thanks gladaki for your reply. Atleast if they see the one year eligibility and move forward base on the start date and end date i put in application then it is fine..deep details VO can verify and decide.
