Hey Akaur,

One other option is flagpole. You can go to the nearest border, inform US officers that you want to do flagpole. US officer will give a refusal slip and send you back to Canada side. Show the refusal slip to Canadian border security official and complete the landing.

There are many posts in the forum about flagpole. Also, if you have US visa, you can go to US and come back and complete landing.

However, as canadavisa13 said, landing in the airport is not possible if you're already in Canada. Landing in airport is only possible if you're coming back to Canada from another country.

You don't need a refusal slip for landing.. In case you don't have a US visa, you can go to peace bridge and just make a U-turn before entering the US border to complete your landing..

Hi All i would like to share my case.
Applied 26 nov 2012
AOR 20 Jan 2013
Till oct, there was no reply then applied for
GCMS Notes and found out that according to
VO my duties were not matched with NOC .
And my status was " review required" .I believe
The VO requested another officer for another review
At the last it said" awaiting officer review required before
Sending RCMP Finger print to PA"
I sent them an explanation letter and i added
Few duties missing in the reference letter
Few days later i received finger print
Request and they received it after two weeks.
Now i know finger print is just criminality check
But some part of me think i passed eligibility check
Coz if they were gonna reject then y would
They send finger print request ..
I may be wrong or right ..
Plz share your suggestions

P.S ill wait for another month then i apply under
Spousal sponership coz just got married to a canadian citizen

Thanks! Doctor uploaded medicals on Oct 28, 2013 and medical received status in ECAS was updated on Nov 29, 2013.
On Dec 2, 2013 i've got passport request even though there is no DM status in ECAS

medicals done on nov14 and doctors upload the result on nov27,it took a while because he went away for sometime after i completed my medicals and results wasn't uploaded till he came back.
overall its pretty fast(6 business days)from the date he upload the results until i got PPR.
