Hi @Miss bee, I have a quick question. But first context: I have lived in Canada for 7 years since I was 17 years old and have never traveled outside of Canada since arrival. Do I still need to supply a Police Clearance Certificate from my home country even though since 18 years old onwards I only ever lived in Canada. Or would a Letter of Explanation stating this fact be sufficient where the PCC needs to be uploaded for the application in portal.

Thank you for your reply in advance!
You don’t need to give police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

After you apply, an officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old.

Thank you for your reply. On the portal, the police certificate upload field is still required for me though. So I was wondering if a letter of explanation for why I am not supplying any PCC would be ok? Do you know of any similar cases where they still asked for PCC even though a person lived in Canada since before they turned 18 and never left?

You can attach letter of explanation in that column. They won't ask for PCC .

@ Miss Bee please I need your advise:

Before AOR I discovered i didn't fill siblings email for 5406 form and left some gaps in 5669 forms, I submitted all those forms again with LOE

I sent updated ones, like 7 webforms.

In the IRCC tracker, I saw they received imm 5406 and PCC, never saw the 5669 and my letter of explanation and I sent like 2 or 3 times

Now I am not sure if they saw the new imm5669 because I included some new details in the form.

My fear now is that I won't know if I should add it during citizenship application, If I assume they got it, and they didn't and I added it during citizenship application, that's misrepresentation.

FYI, I once withdraw a PR application in 2021 before AOR

So I don't know if I should resend the imm 5669 again.

Kindly advise please

@Miss bee Hwy Can you help me with my question here. My spouse is non-accompanying applicant in my PR application. Do I have to upload complete IMM 5669 form on my spouse behalf? -
