Hi @Miss bee I have a nomination from Ontario (OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream). Is it possible to get a second job without losing the first one in order to have a second income? I don't have any restrictions in my contract and I have already discussed it with my boss who has no problem. I just need to see if I can legally do it without affecting my nomination or the PR process.

If you have open work permit, you can work as many as jobs you want. Make sure you are still meeting requirements for your nomination and still working same hours and job duties with your job under which you were nominated.

@Miss bee , Please can you assist. Do i need to include my wife's undergraduate study years in the IMM5669 form? I didn't in my application, as she did not complete that education. i just included her secondary education.

No , you don't need to.

@andrews17! How do you know they are still processing August applications? I called IRCC for an application under non-EE provincial nomination, and they gave me an XEP number and said they are assessing the application for completeness. The application was submitted in Sep-2024.

No need to withdraw your application. Once you get AOR, fill forms again with correct information and send it through webform .

I have TFN because I have not gotten AOR yet..would you recommend submitting it now? If they saw a mistake before issuing AOR, they will return my application right?
