No , your PCC is not connected with your passport. You need valid passport when your PR application is processing. Apply new passport and once you get it , send it through webform .
Thanks, yeah I already have renewed my passport and will receive it next week. Once I get it, can I just hold it until I get P1 & P2 and then send it through webform?

Hello @Miss bee and everyone. What happens if your language test expires and you haven’t received your AOR yet? Should I take a new language test and submit. It was still valid when I got the nomination, when I submitted my PR application, and at present. But given the processing times lately, there’s a chance that it expires before I get AOR. Please advise if I need to book another test. Thank you.

If your Ielts result was valid at the time you submitted your PR application under the PNP and is included in the submitted documents, it remains valid for your application even if it has since expired. You do not need to update or provide a new language test result unless IRCC specifically requests one.
Here’s why:
• Language test results must be valid on the date you submit your PR application. As long as they were valid at the time of submission, IRCC will consider them acceptable.
• Expired test results after submission do not affect your application unless you are asked to provide updated documents.

Yes, it’s valid when I submitted in the Non-EE PR application in October. It wasn’t required but submitted anyway since it was part of the eligibility factors that got me nominated for OINP. I just realized that it will be expiring in February and most likely I won’t have my AOR yet.
Thanks, @Miss bee !

The error message incorrect email and password combinations typically means that the system did not recognize the credentials you entered. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

@ Miss Bee, please I need your urgent advise:

I applied for PR in 2021, but I withdrew my application before AOR because my nomination was revoked and made some mistakes to in some forms. I have a Pgd in journalism and i did not put It in form imm5569 then, though the application was later withdrawn.

Moving forward, I got another nomination in another province, job offer, in form Imm5669, I now included the journalism school I attended to it, I have gotten AOR and done bil.

Do I have to be scared despite withdrawing the previous PR application before AOR ? Can the previous data still count against me.

Your previous application won't have any impact on your current application if you declared everything in this application. That application was already withdrawn before it was processed by an officer so it will have zero impact on.

Thanks for your response, it's a big relief, please I still have another concern:

When I sent the updated imm5669 that was when I update them with the Pgd through webform and received the automated response, but when I got AOR, I didn't see that the imm5669 documents was added in the tracker, I saw other documents was added. Could it be IRCC didn't get the updated imm? If that is the case should I now resend it and inform them about the Pgd?

Misbee, I need your valuable suggestion. My friend received ADR as attached as link. He is confused in the point 2. He had never visited Canada nor had any employment there in Canada. Currently he is working in India and waiting for the PR. Please help as he got limited time to reply back. TIA.
@ Misbee please requesting your kind help for the above query. TIA. My humble guess is whether by mistake he had put any Canadian employment records in the personal history. Please please help. TIA.

Hi @Miss bee, I have a quick question. But first context: I have lived in Canada for 7 years since I was 17 years old and have never traveled outside of Canada since arrival. Do I still need to supply a Police Clearance Certificate from my home country even though since 18 years old onwards I only ever lived in Canada. Or would a Letter of Explanation stating this fact be sufficient where the PCC needs to be uploaded for the application in portal.

Thank you for your reply in advance!
