Work experience should cover the followings:
1. Continuous full-time (or the equivalent in continuous part-time) paid work experience in the primary occupation you specify in your application;
2. You must have had this experience within the last 10 years; and
3. Your work experience must be in an occupation listed in Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations), Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Yes you can enter your house job experience in work experience. This is what Lalani Consultants told one of my junior friend who is applying just on the basis of House job experience along with a 10 months RMO-ship. Secondly, I think you have an option of "add dependent" in Generic Application form, probably you can fill in the details of your kid in that form and then you wont be needing an additional dependent form. Seniors please assist me!

You can add up to five (5) dependants in the "Generic Application Form for Canada". If you have more than five (5) family members, you must complete the Additional Dependants/Declaration form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application.
In your case "Generic Application Form for Canada" is enough to enter the dependants' information for the 3 people.
