When did you submit the request for ECA? The Pdf version will be available on your portal in 10 days and you'll receive the hard copy in next three days! Good Luck! My request was submitted on 13th Sep and I got the report's hard copy on Friday, 26th Sep. I'll advise you to pay $134 with the Courier request form as soon as possible to prevent delays.

Hello

You should select an NOC code before applying, as your work experience letter would be according to the NOC you have selected. Suppose you choose NOC 3112, then make sure your work experience letter has all the details mentioned on the NOC 2011 link.

I want to use courier service...fedex is available here but they are saying if I made a courier I have to write my name on the envelope(as the courier service ask for the id proof of the sender) but if I want college name on the enveope thn I have to provide principals id proof which is not possible....help me guys wht to do

can I send the self addresed envelope of ecfmg with college name written on it and then cover it with one more envelope with my name on it.....plz advice guys

The college suppose to send all verification correspondence not you. Just provide the fees for courier and they will send it by fedex or any courier designated by them.

Dont do that. Instead ask the college to send the documents by courier and offer to pay them for it. Take tracking number from them to track your package.

If the documents were sent by courier, they should get delivered to ECFMG in 3-5 days, you can request you univ. to give you tracking number to see if they've been delivered. If they were sent by normal mail then they can take 20-30 days (if sent from an asian country to USA). Submit fee for ECA and also submit the courier form in advance. No harm in winding up these things in advance.

the documents are sent via regular mail, but my question is whether I should apply and pay the fee for the ECA report to be sent by courier NOW that my documents haven't reached ECFMG yet, or should I wait for the status to change into "Viewable onine" in my account???
