NOC 1123 / 1111 / 2132 / 4011... Any one recent charging please update here

Guys, I found in SS guy with nickname Mechanix. He is noc 2132 9 october applicant. He is got his application returned due to filled cap..
i dont wanna beleive that but its seems we are in troubles. Im 1123 27 october applicant

Hi All,

I am a silent follower of this form for quite some time.My NOC :2132. Application sent through lawyer on Nov 18th 2014. Fee payment mode CC "not charged yet". And want to know, when was the last charge happened for this NOC ? As i saw in the FSW 2014 SS that the last charge date as 12/9/2014 and PER Recieved as 12/12/2014. This application is filed from New Delhi on 10/22/2014. Is this correct any comments??

As far as I know from Chinesse forum Vergeville CPC has nothing yo do with applications of FSWP they proccess applications for carigivers etc.
I maybe wrong however if you can bring reference that Vergeville CPC proccess our applications that would be Interesting news.

CPC Vegreville processes:

extensions of temporary resident status and temporary resident permits
work and study permits
applications for permanent residence by some classes in Canada and
loans for the right of permanent residence fee.

I have seen application dated Dec 22 returned for NOC1123 due to incompleteness.

In that case, all Dec applicant has gone through the completeness check........ I'm NOC 1123 23rd Dec applicant, friends lets continue to be positive

Guys .. i have a theory regarding the NOC 1123 and 4011 ..

Please give your views ..

In NOC 1123 .. there has been a jump from around Oct 21st to Nov 21st ... Same like Vinisha09's case in 4011 ..

On a 1123 related forum .. this is mentioned ..

If you guys remember .. the last update on 4011 stated 483 Files counted towards the 1000 Cap and 330 Files awaiting Ministerial Instructions/ Review .. and for 1123 .. 482 accepted and 340 under review ..

So i guess Files of 4011 and 1123 are awaiting Ministerial Instructions/ Review ..

Noted! Such an exception with these files...

However, we should wait as long as 125-150 days untill we get a response from CIC ... As such many applicants 80+/90+ days are waiting for charge in these category...

This information is from Global Spreadsheet. Applicant 'ammi1981' reported this rejection. In fact, there is even a December 29th rejection on the spreadsheet for profile name 'm-jahani' for NOC 2172.

So December 22 is the re-submit date, and he is still waiting to be charged

For m-jahani, i checked the spreadsheet, he did not mentioned the reason why he got his app returned

Yes it seems to be the case.
Even one of the applicant has gotton his amount refunded after being charged. Because he might have been passed through initial review without proper scrutiny.

It seems that there are some signs of progress! I found a 4011 13th November applicant (just like me ) being rejected on 29th January but didn't mention the reason! Check out "sandy" in the spreadsheet.
