Guys, seriously! Do you think there would not be expenses incurred by Tim ? Whatever stage your case gets determined, Tim and his associates would have made calls, typed up your petition and appeared in court on your behalf. I think it would be right for him to expense that against your fee.

you must be joking
a non-descript lawyer will charge anything upwards of $5,000 to go the honorable court
and the reputed ones charge 8,000-10,000$
(that is if you go to file the case as an individual and not as a group)

You will find many lawyer experienced for 1500-3000. Don't talk about max as there is no limit to max.
Caseworker prepare case and barrister go to court for argument who charge 600-700 $ for one argument which will last 10 min.

That's how judicely works.

Its difficult to say for sure if the people will win. It is certainly worth fighting the case against injustice.
I am not a pre feb 2008 applicant and perhaps a passive beneficiary but let's be honest. The law of eliminating them after such a long wait is pathetic. It just tells you how Canadian law makers and Canadians in general see the immigrants-piece of trash.

This is a picture of our potential miserable lives in Canada if we ever get there and the conduct of Canadian society and government institutions against us.

Tim informed that the trial hearing is on 5th June 2012. CIC perhaps will try its best to delay the matters further in order to buy more time and get rid of more applicants and litigants in the name of so called job duties mismatch and points are 65/66 and the pass mark not passed by applicant.

I wish and pray that we win because if we don't, there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

No, I have not received any medicals or new update. I was asked for further documents and update on my new born baby in November 2011 which I provided immediately but nothing new.

I am keen to know if the CIC has refused any litigant so far because people suggest that litigants will receive a harsher treatment because CIC simply hates them for raising their voices and asking for the justice.

dear khan, thanks a lot for answering. what is your ecas status? are you not in process yet? many pre juners who even had applied after you are in process? do u think u r not in process bcz of this litigation? i am really surprised that ur case hasnt gone in process as u applied in dec 2009 while people who applied in april or may 2010 got decision already?

i wish and pray u people win the case and i am on ur side.

Isay what i feel , sorry if it hurt u .
May be in his ignorance but khan was involve in advertising tim and getting him lot of clients .

Any one could get lawer for 2000-3000$ but tim got huge amount for nothing .

He didnt advertise himself then how come much over 90% of his clients are from this foroum .

Everything where money involve is called BusineSS and please dont say that no one gone to applicant to ask them to pay TIM , He has been advertise giving false hope to people about compensation that they will be getting for Lateness of Cic on top of visa .

Tell me if i am wroung .
