Oloye Ind_dan sorry about your situation. I pray God will by His mercies repair your union IJN.

As par your question I think the most difficult item will be the PC. You will need to appeal to her to give her fingerprints, passport and signature. Get some people she respects to talk to her. For the DOB that must be available on the Marriage Certificate. Schedule I you can fill yourself.

Again may God bring peace into your very young union IJN.
@Barsindoo & Seglad,
thank you so much for ur concern i really appreciate it.
yes the last one i sent i wrote None in d space available.
d marriage cert is with me dat one is not an issue i will try and sort things out soon and get dhl to send it.
am sending 2 banks account to dem with a finance house fixed deposit cert.
i have a fixed deposit of about N2m my balance in one acct is over a miliion while the other account shows how cash moves to d fixed deposit i guess it ok that way i to do a cover letter stating d movement from the account to fixed deposit cos d balance is almost 20k
advice is that ok? or i should only send one bank account and d fixed deposit.
thank you nice ones guys.

Seasons greetings Dear ALL,
I have been an ardent reader of this forum, and have always been amazed at the way you've all helped one another with good suggestions and ideas. I am most certain that I will be welcome.
I am active member on another forum for post June 26th applicants, but believe me, I have always wanted to be part of you.
I have recently received my AOR, which in the post 26/6 forum we term as PER, as our letter states,... 'final positive eligibility review for processing'. It was really a wonderful celebration the day I received this much expected email, I am sure a lot of you had the same experience.
However, my joy is now hanging on a balance, for a sudden discovery which I am about to share with you, and to humbly ask for your opinion and advice, particularly from those who have done their medicals.
I have always had a gibbus(swell) on my spine, which I had always thought was from birth, so have never really bothered about it since it did not affect me in anyway. In my application form( Background declaration section), I ticked NO under the question, ''Have you suffered any disease, physical or mental condition....
This would have seem a true answer, until I got shocking information that I had suffered some kind of paralysis at an early age, something near polio, but was actually a condition called ''potts disease'', a non contagious tuberculosis that attacks the spinal cord, thus the victim does not have any visible symptoms, no coughs, etc, but a gradual and silent destruction of the spine.
Right now, I am 100% fit, and have always been, except for that age long gibbus, which i now know the true cause. My fear now is what happens at the medical stage, the DMP would surely request for my medical history, and the truth is that, I have received treatment for TB related condition in the past, and this contradicts my Background Declaration. A lot of things have been going on in my mind, if I stick to my earlier declaration, the Xray will pick the gibbus and what will I say it is, if I write to the VO before they request for medical examination, I may be pre-empting them. I am also thinking, do I withdraw the application at this stage and start afresh next year.
SORRY TO TAKE YOUR TIME WITH MY WAHALA. I just need any advice all you good people can give.
Thanks, and GOOD LUCK to you all in your various applications.
CHRISTOPHER.

My dear you don't have to panic just yet. Write them identifying the error in the background declaration but don't go into medical details like u have done here.

Await their response if any. During your medicals, any medical condition will be documented. Since u're medically fit just now, I don't think u have to fret. The Regional Medical Officer to Accra visa office after your medicals are turned in will advise Accra on your admissibility or otherwise. I know u will eventually scale through. So pray and be optimistic.

Coupled with the apt direction iii, I would suggest you do an independent check up with a physician - not yours by the way.

Fret not bro!

CHRISTOPHER.
I will like to advice you as follow:
1) Now that you are aware of this condition you have had in the past, you are not in a position to know if you are 100% fit.TB is a funny disease. It can be in the system for a very long time without manifesting any symptoms. So my advice will be for you to go for a medical check up.Visit orthopeadic surgeons at Igbobi or LUTH and have them examine you.You will also need X-Rays, sputum and mantoux/heaf test etc. They will then write you a report based on their findings on their letter head paper with stamp and signature of the surgeon. When eventually you go for medicals the DMP will ask for detailed past medical history. You will now have the chance to explain what happened and present medicals report as evidence that you are ok now.

2)Regarding the forms you have filled I dont think there is any harm in informing the VO that you have just been made aware that you had so and so condition in infancy/early childhood as against the info you gave on the forms but you are OK now based the result of the examinations and tests you have just conducted with a copy of the report attached.
.......... Just my 2 kobo.

As much as I expected, I knew I would have some relief after pouring out my worries to you all.
To iii, thanks for your quick response, I have noted your advice, and most of all, I am really praying over this, with a great deal of fervour. And many thanks Seglad and Barsindoo for your support.
To Emcool00, Yes I have decided to run a comprehensive test, I took that decision even before posting my thread on this forum, what really has been troubling me is the fact that, I missed out this information in my background declaration out of ignorance. You know this oyibo people and how they take any information from Africans, particularly our country. I am still wondering how they will take this later information, but like you also suggested, I will wait for the outcome of the personal examination I am about to undergo.
Sure Barsindoo, I won't be using my personal doctor, it will be done at the teaching hospital.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL, AND DO HAVE A MERRY XMAS.

Don't you worry at all. Anyone can omit salient information however the difference between genuine omission and calculated cover up is that you inform the VO immediately you remember. Moi bro how many things man go remember for this our times with the many contending issues of the day? It has happened to you and it happened to me also.

Whilst you are at it, do HIV, Hepititis B etc. as well.

God bless you.

My regards to all who have been their brother's keeper on the forum.

@NaijaPikin : There are only two questions the RMO is interested in
1. Is the health condition likely to be a danger to public health or public safety?
2. Can the condition be reasonably expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services in canada?
If the answer to those is NO. You have nothing to worry to about.

The RMO's have standard procedures in cases like this(Inactive TB) that they have to follow, and they do issue out instructions for further "sputum tests" which has to "incubate" for a certain period. A possible outcome is to be issued medical surveillance forms for follow up treatment in your province in canada, which basically is just some course of tablets they give you in canada, and some yellow card they issue out to you when you go see a doctor in Canada.

Happy Holidays!!!
