Given the above emboldened words. Let her send any of these. I have the same issue with my Aunty who believes there are security concern over sending the bio page of her passport. But I ask her to send the certificate of citizenship only. Which she agreed to do.
However, I need to say this. Don't just put it aside. There is always a political solution to most problem in life. Educate, persuade, convince her to give you what you asked for. Its not a time to call someones bluff, but a time to supply all the documents you need to. Immigration matter are usually long endurance trek if you permit me to use that word.

it just a simple issue if she finds it difficult to send it to you, she can send it the the VO or CIC in Ghana with a letter that this is along side with ur document.
also if u already have a file number with B0.... then she can quote the number on the copies of the documents.
it better that way she can also send it via the Canadian processing unit in charge of PR

But if she thinks she is in a position to do so, so be it. I already have 71 points without considering her 5 points and with all humility I am going to Canada to start my business (with at least CAD$60,000.00 already in my savings as we write) which has been burning in my heart eversince...just that 9ija is not giving me the encouragement.

I had a baby in the United States and a FRIEND accommodated my wife for 4 months! Then what are we talking about. Am removing that area, if VO feels am not qualified based on that so be it and if granted that means God wanted me there. Ce fini.

No offense meant but you need to stop whining and move on..bad things happens and there is nothing you can do about it. You qualify without her input and don't need all the negative emotions you are stirring up. There are many more disappointments coming and they are all part of growing up..
The lesson here is for you to realize that landing and settling down may be challenging and you may have to go it alone...if you find help then, take it and thank God; if otherwise, struggle through and thank God all the same. In any case, nobody said life would be easy...

All options given to you above are all good, but you may also write to VO that though you mentioned on your form that you have a sister in canada, but all effort to contact her to obtain all necessary documents prove abortive. That, you will appreciate if CHC evaluates your score without considering the points from a relative in canada. Do mention that you have to fill ''YES'' to the question ''Do you have a relative in Canada '' on your form so that the CHC won't charge you for omission or misrepresentation if eventually, they found out you got a sister in canada.

Right, you got to make sure you have the pass mark before you embark on telling VO your story, if not please persuade your sister to send the documents directly to Accra. Another thing i thought about WHY your sister is refusing, may be becuase she didnt mention your name to CIC/CHC that you are her brother at the initial stage of her application when she was applying for PR .
Telling CHC about you now may jeopardise her PR. You may ask her if your name was included at her initial application and if not, i dont think you may claim points on that, and CHC may charge your sister for misrepresentation and omission and eventually loose her PR

If she is so concern about security of her documents, why cant she send it to accra directl if she really wants to help you. If not, i will assume that your name is not on her initial application

No qualms. Your meds request is coming in the 3rd week of January,2011. According to OP 15, if strictly followed by accra, medical request must be issued 2 weeks after the end of 60days timeline. Anyway, in my own case, they follow the rule and i got med. request 2 weeks after the end of 60 days to submit my update.

Although she already suggested sending it to Accra but I refused. Accra may now be asking for so many documents regarding her so I think its better to forgo that area entirely. I was angry bcos she is my family. Well like tito said, many disappointment ahead....thank God this is not happening as at landing.

With the points stated. Once you have docs to push it. You are good with her input. I will agree with you on the decision that she shouldn't bother to send to ACCRA directly, because bits and pieces in submission may bring about delay. All the best brother.
