Hello everyone, just popping in to say hello. Have had some internet connection issues out here, as well as I have my inlaws visiting for two weeks. I'm like trying hard to stay focused on my diet..but of course my mother in law is a wonderful cook and cookes up one delicious Jamaican dish after another constantly. Lord have mercy pon me...because seriously I've worked to hard to stay focused on getting trim. LOL...but nice to have them here still!

Hope everyone is enjoying the week and doing their best to stay cool! I was telling my husband about some of the other forum hubbies saying how hot Canada is. He told me that he thinks it is way hotter than Jamaica. When I go to Jamaica and step off that plane ...and the heat slaps me in the face, I would tend to think Jamaica is hotter but he says there is always a cool breeze and you can always find a tree to sit under. LOL. Anyway, i'm not complaining... after the winter we had, i welcome this heat with open arms!!

Goodluck irving!! remind them bout the propers too lol. I sent them an email last thursday and no response as of yet, knowing kgn they won't respond at all. Its been almost a year since I seen mr proper and as each day passes I feel worse and cry even more. all the praying I'm doing and our family friends are doing doesn't seem to be helping one bit.
