New PR confirmation portal

Anyone got portal access credentials email today?

I got the portal login details today (2nd Email). I got the 1st email on 24th May, 2021 morning. Uploaded the photo and address immediately. Now waiting for eCoPR.

What is the maximum time it can take to receive the credentials? Stressed out.

It took me 4 days. 24th (1st Email) and 28th (2nd Email - login details)

Have been following this thread for a couple of weeks now, and wanted to post my status too.

I finally got my COPR today. See my complete timeline below.

ITA: Jan 08, 2021
AOR: Jan 21, 2021
- Status immediately changed to "We are processing your Background Check" and it's still the same.
MEP: Feb 12, 2021
BIL: Feb 12, 2021
Loooooong Wait (No updates)
GU: May 18, 2021: I guess this was a final Ghost Update as there was no change in any steps in the application, but the status showed "Application/Profile updated" when I logged in to my CIC account
Portal Email: May 21, 2021: Received an email from OSC Ottawa Virtual Landing Unit asking to confirm the email, UCI, Date of Entry etc...
PR Confirmation Portal Credentials Email: May 25, 2021
eCOPR: May 28, 2021

I don't know which VO processed my application. In my email correspondence I only saw Ottawa.

Nothing fancy, I just reply to these 6 questions and reply the same thing for my dependant. Also, selected Option A or Option B at the beginning of my email.

I am a single applicant, should I include option A or B in my reply?

You can selected option A because you are the only one who is in the file, and IRCC does not need to notify others. But you can also state that you are a single applicant, IRCC will do their parts. You should be good after you have responded to them. Hope you get your COPR letter soon.

It's perfect. That's what they want from you. If there is anything unclear or they want you to clarify, I think they will contact you again.
Btw, if you have any inquiries or concerns relate to the portal you can contact them as well. (IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca) They will reply to your email.
Btw I don't suggest you contact them by Webform or Call them because it looks like they are separate departments. This is what they say online: "The portal is separate from your IRCC secure account. There’s no information about your applications and you can’t check their status."

Other important information

• If there are any issues with the PR card process, we’ll contact you directly.
• If you can’t access the portal due to accessibility issues or special needs, contact us using the email address shown in your invitation message.
• You can’t renew your PR card through the portal. Find out how to renew your PR card.
• A representative can’t access the portal on your behalf.

Not really, They will state which location is your Visa Office underneath the email signature, this is the Office, which will finalize your pr.
The last Entry location can be any ports in Canada. You can check that by the last time you travel, and where did you come back.

We got the email today. Aor Mar 9,2020. Medical extended April 26. Everything passed since oct 2020. Was in covid pace group

Hello Guys, I just want to update you, I got my first email on May 24, I resent my reply yesterday, May 27 and just got my credentials. Will update when I receive ecopr. All the best everyone.
