Firefox worked for me. Opened the forms in Firefox that needed digital signatures, signed them and then saved it. In your case, Javascript being disabled might be causing an issue.

I received my PR Card yesterday, July 7th, 2021 in mail. I had received my eCoPR on June 19th, 2021. So I received the card exactly 17 days after CoPR! The PR Card was sent from CPC Sydney in Nova Scotia.

Yes, I linked it the day I got my eCoPR.

Hello Guys! I received a GU on my PR Card Application today. Don't know if it means anything. Got my eCoPR on June 19th, 2021 Address and Photo in the PR Portal are still under review. Will keep you guys updated if I get any more info. Peace :)
