The main appeal of the graduate stream is that allows you to apply for PR without one year of work experience and as long as you have a job no matter what kind, just have a job and you're good to go.
But if you also meet CEC requirements and we don't know if it's gonna have less processing times, then it's just gambling with your future. On top of that, it looks like this pathway won't issue BOWP so if processing takes a long time and your work permit expires, you're fucked because one of the requirements is to be employed both at the moment of the application and when you receive PR.
Exactly, let's say the process takes 12 months or maybe even more, and if your WP is expiring before that, then you cannot work which according to the rules set, makes you ineligible.
