MMR1 and MMR2 - (mumps,measles and rubella) pero sa bata po ito 10years old pababa
Flu Vaccine - for child and adults kung wala pa kau this year (yearly kasi shots neto)

Ung flu vaccine - pede sa watsons and mercury drug mas mura nsa 500+ lang unlike sa hosp. And clinic nsa
1,200 - 1,800 xa.

Para po sakin wait mo na lg pong i request ang CSQ. Kasi po may mga applicant na hinihingan ng copy and may mga applicant nmn na d na hinihingi. Nka recv kna po ng additional docs request? Kung wala pa, bka i sabay na nila ang CSQ sa additional request. Sa case ko po kasi, ng request na sila ng additional docs pero d kasali CSQ dun. Nka lagay din ksi sa Email nila na isend lg kubg ano ang hinihingi kaya d ko na sinama ung CSQ.
