Hello, newbie here. I posted a topic with regards to my concern. Unfortunately I cannot post the link here. Maybe you can view when you click on my code name - I hope.

Anyone here who applied or in the process of applying under Family Class Sponsorship, with dependent illegitimate child?

I have 2 children. One of them, his birth certificate shows the father's info and signed but my son is registered using my maiden name. You think that IMM 5604 will still be needed if i already have an Affidavit of Illegitimacy and sole Parental Authority?

In my case i went to dswd in our nearest municipality they issued me this I.D. As a solo parent and gave a document stamped by their superior no need for imm5064

Mariechan, my acknowledgement din ba yun father ng child mo sa BC nya? Name mo gamit ng anak mo or sa father? If I may ask, how old na is your child and is he/she going with you? Anong supporting docs binigay mo sa CIC. May Affidavit ka din.. Sensya na, dami ko tanong.

Hello mariechan, where did you get this info? I had my upfront medical examination last April 17, 2015 and I ordered notes just recently and it says there my medical is Passed and it will Expired May 16, 2016 and our application was inprocess 9 months now..so that means the visa officer can extend my medical for another year?
Your post gives me another hope and not worrying about my medical. Please, kindly post the link about this info. thank you!

We spend almost 100k to change s last name ng wife ko and we won the case kasi inabandon ng guy ang bata. We presented all documents na binigay ng judge kahit declaration ng mga kaanak na si wife ko nagpalaki at nagaruga. Nagpunta ngayon misis ko s dswd kasi nagask additional papers CEM about IMM5604 ata yun kaya hinanap namin ang guy and so lucky na pinirmahan nya ang form.

Para once ma-send na namin ang application, hopefully wala ng hanapin pa ang immigration.. I'm still in the process of putting together all the necessary documents needed, filling up forms, etc.. Baka i-last ko na ang medical. First come, first served naman sa St Luke's and sila pa din ang mag-forward sa CIC ata or sa CEM.. Para just in case, hopefully, wag naman sana abutin na mag 1 year na ang med exam eh waiting pa din kami I learned sa isang thread na nasa 8k na pala ang charge ng St Luke's :'(

I havent heard any case na explaination lang tinanggap na ng cic. ..kasi pwedeng gawin lahat yan ng karamihan.. pero kon nagawa ng iba na kumuha ng signature or court order so bakit easy lang sa iba...and it makes sense bec they dont know the real situation.....siguro kailangang convince na convince mo sila.. i think its either imm5604 or sole custody issued by the court... then hindi kana nila hihingan..

Yan lng ba nkalagay sa notes mo? In process? Wla bang Passed or any stat aside from in process? Ano nga ulit month ka ng apply char?
