oo kasama na ang bagong photo specs..isang araw lang pagitan natin.. yong case ko hindi rin straight forward..hindi ko na ini enroll ang anak ko... baka next wk kukunin ko na ang form 137 sa school.. at saka dalhin muna rin yong babies record nya.. kasi sa pagkaka alam ko hihingin daw sa school...

It sounds like you did a lot .I wish you luck... i have had the same situation as you... my daughter is half british and were abandoned since she was 8months old.. but i secured sole custody before i started my application...i would like to follow your story here. because u could help others...

I havent heard any case na explaination lang tinanggap na ng cic. ..kasi pwedeng gawin lahat yan ng karamihan.. pero kon nagawa ng iba na kumuha ng signature or court order so bakit easy lang sa iba...and it makes sense bec they dont know the real situation.....siguro kailangang convince na...

Yong email address na ibinigay ko sa applications ko.. personalized talaga yong email ko ni walang ka arte arte... sinabi ko na rin yong saloobin ko... kasi its really a tortured being so far away with your family... tapos hindi pakami mayaman para magbyahe byahe...

thanks Charlem...ako ang nag email sa kanila na expire na ang medical ko then after 3 days... manila replied.. January ako nag remed... u can check on my timeline...ppr after4 months... tagal ano?

MVO wont response if it is within the processing time... You can follow up them if your medical is already expired or if you are beyond the processing period then they will response for sure..

hindi sila magbibigay ng update kasi within the processing period pa.. matagal ng in process.. meron pa ngang April/ May 2015 applicants...

thats good news.. I had the same experienced with your wife but my daughter's biological father didnt sign.. so i filed a sole custody and apparently cic accepted all of my court docs...mind you took us almost 1 yr to get our papers done and very costly...
