I havent heard any case na explaination lang tinanggap na ng cic. ..kasi pwedeng gawin lahat yan ng karamihan.. pero kon nagawa ng iba na kumuha ng signature or court order so bakit easy lang sa iba...and it makes sense bec they dont know the real situation.....siguro kailangang convince na convince mo sila.. i think its either imm5604 or sole custody issued by the court... then hindi kana nila hihingan..

In my case i just wrote written explanation, some affidavit issued by the notary not the court and dswd papers and i included in the letter that my daughter got abandoned, i also told them that i tried all the medium i can get but no progress. NO COURT APPEAL at all kasi nga savi ng legal advicer ko my daughter is within my custody due to her age 7 and below.. BTW (my daughter's biological father is a japanese)

NO COURT APPEAL at all kasi nga savi ng legal advicer ko my daughter is within my custody due to her age 7 and below.. BTW (my daughter's biological father is a japanese)

It sounds like you did a lot .I wish you luck... i have had the same situation as you... my daughter is half british and were abandoned since she was 8months old.. but i secured sole custody before i started my application...i would like to follow your story here. because u could help others if cic granted all your efforts (hope they will do) bec this is a painful journey. Thanks bushgirl, i think i am done assessment coz recently may 3,2016 vo asked me for new photo specification since they already have our passports,, just wanna ask about DM i see on your timeline tha you are waiting for pp with visa stamp ,, you submitted your pp last may 11 right? Do they include photo specification with the ppr? I am june 10, 2015 applicant also.... But my applications are delayed because cic waited for me to deliver my second baby which is included in my application he is going with us... Hope to hear from the vo asap coz its hard for me to decide wether to put my daughter in school or not...

---hi bushgirl, looking at your timeline, glad to see that you got DM on May 24... my husband got PPR same as you are,May 11, but looking at his ecas, still "in process"... when did you submit your passport if you don't mind me asking? thank you...

Pls inform us kung ma dm na ung hubby u kasi i sent photos last may 5 pa and may mga hiningan ng May 11 DM na... Pero kasi VO sent me confirmation of receit ng photo may 18 kea "maybe" maging mag batch kami or not hehe hope we are nearing the end ... God bless to us!
