Di naman po masyadong red flag zone! Napaisip naman po ako, kung kami nga po LDR since 2012, nagkita lang po kami ng 2015 and 2016 lang. We married after 8 months since his proposal. Okay lang po kaya yun? Pero 5 years muna kaming couple before we got married. Almost 4 years of that, LDR.

4 years is more than enough especially if may proofs kayo.

It is red flag for me kase it is unusual na first time magkita nagpakasal na agad after 45days. Halos walang proposal and lahat ng wedding planning ay madalian.

Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Wala po silang sinabi. Nagsubmit lang kami ng proofs and explanation na we tried our best na makakuha ng PCC. Unfortunately, mahirap talaga makakuha pag wala ka na sa bansang yun.

Red flags - We are LDR since 2014. Nagkita po kami for the first time December 2015 and then nagpakasal kami after 45 days (February 2016). After one month (March 2016), bumalik na ako ng Canada.

So technically, halos kaunti lang ang "proof of relationship" namin kasi nga hindi naman kami nagkasama ng matagal.

FINALLY!!! My wife got her passport back with visa stamped and also copr. She is scheduled for PDOS next week. And planning to fly here by the end of the month!

share ko lang din po. Na bother naman ako sa red flag hehe. Kmi po ng husband ko LDR kami for 1year and 11 months until he decided na puntaha ako ito sa singapore and we both agreed na unuwi ng pinas para magpakasal almost 2weeks lng po kmi nag prepare for the wedding. Tapos same day after the wedding lipad n agad kmi pa singapore then stay lng xa for 2 days the he went back to cnada na.

Sa totoo lang, dati pa ko napapaisip about my case. Yung timeline kasi namin. We met only in 2015 then less than a year, we got married na (Feb 2016). Pero si badpusacat matinde, got married after 45 days! Congrats again badpusacat :-* Here's hoping na yung same VO mo eh mapunta din sa min

Sa totoo lang ang proof of relationship namin, wala pa yatang 50 pages pero sobrang organize ko po sya with page number, table of contents, translation, captions, chronological order, and lahat na. Pinagpaguran ko talaga.

Ganito po ginawa ko sa PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP (PoR). Since konti lang talaga proof namin (nagkasama ng December, nagpakasal ng February, at bumalik ako ng Canada ng March), gumawa po ako ng 3 category under PoR - (1) CONVERSATIONS -para sa mga chat namin at trinanslate ko lahat in English (2) SOCIAL MEDIA POST - to prove na alam ng buong mundo na may relasyon kami (3)PICTURES -with kwento kung sino kasama and all

I am gathering additional documents from AOR2 list of requirements.

1. NBI, I got my NBI April 29, 2016, Oct 29, 2016 is its 6th month. Do I need to get NEW NBI?

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance must be issued within the last six months.

2. What does the instructions below means?

If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit:

• Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of each charge, date when each charge was filed and the disposition of each charge;

• Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to each criminal charge listed on the NBI certification;

• Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to each criminal case listed which include but are not limited to police reports/blotters, court transcripts, and court judgments.

Thanks a lot... am a little confused and just wanna make sure I am understanding it right!

We have almost the same format sa PoR. It would be, I) Photos, II) Communications, III) Other supporting docs. Sa communications siguro mapaparami ang attachments since we are chatting every single day

prvc is right if your clearance says No Derogatory Records. About getting a new clearance, it is best to wait for instruction or request. My understanding about "issued within the last 6 months" is by the time the app is submitted.

Does your NBI result say any of the remarks you just stated? If yes, then you have to submit the said requirements along with your NBI.

You should not worry if your NBI says NO DEROGATORY RECORD.

Regarding the NBI if you should get one, if they are asking for a new one, then get one.

Thanks for clarification, I just thought what I have in the remarks was "No Criminal Record" and you are right, I checked my copy and it says, "No Record on File", so its clear now. I will also get a new NBI just to make sure and also adviced by one of our friends here. Again, thank you so much and congratulations! God bless.

In this case, well I shouldn't get a new one. If I got it April and submitted my application August, then it's only 4 months.
