Yes mention the traditional date, on the registered certificate along with the registration date, there will be actual traditional marriage date too.AVP296 said:that's a really good question. my marriage was also register a day after, but the certificate does show the actual tradition wedding date and not the register date.
if I was the officer at CIC, I would go with the certification date, because that's the actual day when you and your partner become husband and wife. but everyone thinks differently and not sure what CIC will think.
have you tried calling the CIC helpdesk and ask them the same question and see what they say?
