That's a tough question and the answers is very subjective. You will have to provide an explanation why you parents are not in the photos and I would show more relationship proofs before and after the marriage to show its genuineness.
To apply in-land she has be to be here and it is not advised to apply inland though there is a possibility to get the OWP. In-land takes really long, about two years so don't since most NDVO applicants are getting processed in 8-9 months.

You can apply for the PR and after getting the SA and her getting the AOR you can try apply for a visit visa.

I am confused since I just saw your timeline, you have already apply out land and got the AOR2 last week so you cant apply in-land.

From what you have submitted it looks like its sufficient and there is not point worrying about it now and if they require anymore documents they will request it.

Keep in mind a visitor can stay only 6 months while on visit visa so if she gets a passport request she is able to submit it here in Canada.

Every case is different as every relationship is different. You need to calm now since you have already applied and there is nothing else to do other than wait. The 2012/2013 applications could have had something wrong, missing documents or lots of travel history and the list goes on and on....
Keep in mind the timelines in the sheets are not accurate though they paint a picture but not everyone is on this forum or on this sheet.

Seriously there is nothing else you can do than wait so keep your self busy be strong and the time will go quickly. You guys can try and apply for the visit visa or you can go for a short visit

I had someone close to us fill our application that has good knowledge in sponsorship applications, he said it doesn't really matter if she is employed or unemployed since it doesn't effect the status of the application. Just per cautious I still included the most recent employment just in case CIC calls and confirms the validity of the information in the application.

You mentioned recent employment with the application right? In my case, my wife's employment status changed after a month of submission of the application. So now I don't know if I should inform them and if yes, then how?

My wife is currently unemployed and that was about 6 months ago. So, I don't think it really matters if they know or not. Its not like where she works has to do anything with the overall processing of the application. But if you feel you need to let CIC know, then what you can do is send New Delhi a e-mail for a case specific inquiry via https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi
But I doubt CIC even looks at their email but worth a try.

Usually interview seems to be given when after the file has gone in progress.

Hi everybody

I'm new to his group. My husband is in Canada and we applied for sponsorship on March 5, 2015.
I have two queries...

(1)we got AOR and SA...and day before yesterday an email saying that documents are received in New Delhi Office.
Is this what is called AOR-2 ?? If so, after this what is the next thing they do?

(2)I'm in Abu Dhabi now, on vacation with my parents. Is this a problem, i mean is it permissible to travel out of india during this application processing period??

If your application is flawless, you might have to wait for another 5 months
