Hello guys,

I am a Canadian PR and applied for my wife's sponsorship. He lives in London, UK.

Complete package reached CPM (w/ medical and all PCCs): March 12, 2015
Medical done: Feb 26, 2015
I received an email regarding reception of the application (AoR1): April 21, 2015
Sponsorship decision made: May 5, 2015 (mentioned a letter will be send soon)
Ecas shows sponsorship decision made: Probably May 8, 2015
Sponsorship approval email with letter on: May 22, 2015

Current Ecas status: Application received on March 12, 2015 and Medical received

Though my wife lives in London, UK, her case has been transferred to NDVO (based on her home address, as she is a Nepalese citizen).

Hi everybody

I'm new to his group. My husband is in Canada and we applied for sponsorship on March 5, 2015.
I have two queries...

(1)we got AOR and SA...and day before yesterday an email saying that documents are received in New Delhi Office.
Is this what is called AOR-2 ?? If so, after this what is the next thing they do?

(2)I'm in Abu Dhabi now, on vacation with my parents. Is this a problem, i mean is it permissible to travel out of india during this application processing period??

It just AOR it is first step of AOR it mean your application is received to cic after you will receive AOR2 that will send you when newdehli receive your application
2 no matter if you trip during you application processing time

I have applied for Spousal visa on April 9, 2015. I received AOR and currently waiting for SA. My question is.. I am thinking to apply for visitor visa for my wife. If I apply for visitor visa then will it have any effect on PR file?
What are the percentage of getting visitor visa?

Also, any idea how many days it will take for AOR2/SA after AOR1?

According to present situation, most likely you might receieve your AOR2 in the month of july. From then, it might take another 6 months to get the final decision done for your case, only if your file has no complications at all
