I have received AOR2 on 19 may 205 .. They requested for pcc and fee.. But we already submitted pcc and fee when we submitted our file .. Can anyone tell us now we have to send them email pr post these documents's xerox copies to NDVO and mention that we have already send these documents... Or there is no need of this

There is no need to do it if you already submitted it with original application. Also, can you please share your timeline?

Finally looks like files are moving atleast in snail speed. Mid August applicants are receiving updates. Hope we all get it soon. CIC was busy with Nepal applications, hope its cleared now.

Yeah you're right August applicants are being updated and even some September applicants from the 2014 spreadsheet. Was Nepal applicants slowing down New Delhi visa?

Filed received in March are getting SA right now.. so you will have to wait a little bit..

Mine was received on 13th, i think none of the April people have gotten anything. (except USA cases)

Hi All,

It has been 90 days since I submitted the Application to CIC. I am still waiting for SA. I called CIC and they said they are still waiting for a response from Background check agency.

Can anyone tell if background check is done for all applicants and how long it takes to get clearance from them?

Hi all,

I got married in March and currently in the process of applying for the PR for my wife. The current wait time for NDVO outland applications is 18 months, I wanted to check if anyone here knows whether that is accurate or is it a worst case scenario? 18 months seems too long.....Has anyone got there process done quicker??

Also, has any one here gone the Inland route or know anyone else who has? Although the inland applications take even longer, with the OWP pilot program, I think it might be worth it considering the main point is to start living together.
