Bt when ur case is in process,,then they take the decision in 3 months?is it

Decision on which stage?

once the file comes to New Delhi then it takes somewhere between 12 to 15 months.

It usually takes 10 to 30 days after the interview. It also depends on medical (if it's expired or not or it can extend)

Hello All,

I am a 2014 sponsor. Just joining this forum to let everyoneknow aboutmy updates so it can give you guysA somewhat clue of how processing is going. Here is my timeline:

Application received: July 11, 2014
Request for VOR forms: August 15,2014
Sponsorship approval: October 06,2014
File Transfer: October 14, 2014
Current status: Application received

Wish you alla speedy processing!

I also noticed processing is a lot longer now just from Canada plus the India processing time adds on that is just ridiculous it sounds like forever (84days +15months) But the increased time in Canada is possibly because a lot of applications are sent around this time of the year. But I Know last year around this time processing time was only 22 days it has been increasing ever since the. But when I sent my application in July it took a lot less time then what was on the website. Hopefully they will speed up the processing time so people don't have to go through such hard times.

Ok now Processing days in CIC moved to 89 days. Which is ridiculous and for last two weeks cic just processed 3 days of file??

Problem with CIC.... they don't even hire extra staff to process applications faster...

They only have limited staff who is taking care of all kinds of visa's at the same time. It makes application slower down.

Now they are working on express entry visa now...

It will be automatically slow down the process of other visa's too
