Hi one of my friend is Sept Applicant too and interview is recommended as per the notes, my friend contacted local MP and MP updated her that she will get a interview letter by end of Jan 2016. So hopefully applicants waiting for interview will get letters in Jan 2016.

Do you have any idea on why you got an interview?
Yesterday we all also got to know from MP that we will also have an interview.We were not expecting an interview as we were waiting after remedicals.
Thought that it was the last stage :-(

Did you order notes or did the mp give you reason for the interview after remeds?

I see you are Sep 4 Applicant. Interview Recommended. In your GCMS Notes, notes has any due date?

I Joined to this forum today only. I'm Dec 1, 2014 applicant and notes has Interview recommended. Notes also has due date Feb 26 2016.

Can any senior help me what is due date means? Do they complete processing by Feb 26 2016?

No it wont impact your PR application process
currently June 2014 applicants are getting interview scheduled for January 2016 so you may have to wait further 6 months minimum if you have an interview recommended

Hey everybody!

My husband received his visa this morning!!!!!!!
This forum has been so useful throughout the whole process- thank you to everybody - here's wishing that everyone receives their visas super fast.

A few details about our file:
Applied: 9 Feb 2015
in process: 9 oct 2015
medicals expring on 16 Jan 2016.

We received a call on 16 Dec from NDVO asking if my husband could travel before 16 Jan.
He obviously said yes we've been patiently and anxiously waiting....
the person who called sent us an email immediately after, which said we need to go to the embassy the next day and get our visa stamped at on the same day(this procedure was new to us)

So this morning my husband received his visa and landing papers.

We had applied for gcms notes on 6Nov and received them on 6Dec (they said nothing had started not even eligibility)
we were very dissappointed to see that - but this shows that since GCMS notes are a month old, anything can happen!

Our online status still says IN PROCESS.

They also told my husband at the embassy that since our file was so straightforward and we provided all the proof necessary and we organised it so well they didnt see any reason to not give it so quickly.

we both are sooooooo happy at the moment.
I will continue to pray that everyone's files are processed fast.

Due date is when they will take a look at your file again. so I'm guessing yours will be touched in Feb 2016 if there's no due date before Feb. Hope that helps. Goodluck

Thank you for your note.

I got my GCMS notes yesterday. It say "Recommend Interview" with due date Feb 26 2016.

Also I noticed lot of notes written by officer under Interview Recommend - "How and where couple met, couple met via biological aunt in Canada, then age gap between couple, dates exactly when they met to until marriage date". Final note is age gap is only 3 years and religious marriage and also note that relation is genuine."

Based on notes, notes is very clear from officer and if relation is genuine.
