Anyone received the interview letter yet? Don't know when this wait will end :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hey Fiza

Nothing yet but I wrote to case review department and they replied back

This is in response to your email dated June 19th, 2015 inquiring about the status of your sponsorship application (F00*******).

Please be advised that the application is still within average processing time for permanent residence application under the family class processed in the New Delhi Visa office. Please note that the average processing time is currently 16 months. (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp)

These are not “Standard” processing times and are subject to change.

Please understand that the visa office usually does not respond to status queries when the application is within the processing times indicated on the web site. But rest assured that the visa office will contact you for the next stage of processing of the file or if they need additional information/documents.

SO I don't know what is happening. Waiting for the month to end will apply for notes next month again.

Thanks Jaytanz. Will go for notes soon.

Nothing for the remaining August and September applicants? ??? ??? ??? :( :(

I would like to inform the forum that we received our passport with the stamped visa today. We got our ppt request on the 10th of June and it took about 2 weeks for the passport to come back.

Although this nightmare is over for us, i do realzie that there are a lot of people (some with kids) who are waiting to hear from NDVO. To them the only advise i can give is to order notes regularly and check for file transfer history and due dates. This will will give you an idea of when you should expect to hear from them.

I have lot bitter things to say about NDVO. I hope i have the tenacity to pursue them after my wife gets her PR card. I have stuff in my notes to prove that the officers have been less than diligent while reviewing my application.

They dont seem interested in spousal cases
Hope they understand wat we all are going through...

Your file is considered in queue for process from the day it reached NDVO so its 27th Nov and you would count the official 16 months from that date
Your file was received on 8th October so you are considered an October applicant and NDVO is currently processing Aug/Sept applications.
