I applied for PR for my wife on Sep 14th 2014 through OUTLAND (spouse lives outside Canada). Is it possible to bring her to Canada though visitor visa while her PR application is in process.

Hey r u a PR holder in Canada ? If that is so... Plz don't don't apply for TRV... They gonna reject 100℅ with a letter saying that they don't believe ur wife would return to her home country at d end of her stay... Practical reason is u have PR any spouse would want to stay with his/her partner... So its a complete waste of time money n hopes... I would suggest dnt go for it and stick with ur PR file... All d best
