Hi all,

I am jan 23rd applicant...my status still shows "application Received" but i got a mail from NDVO to send some additional marriage pics of d wedding ceremony by october 1st week.

This means that they have opened the file but hve not changed the status online.

Also does this mean that they will touch my file only post october 1st week?

hello ssm , yes this mail is requesting for ADR and they will only review ur file post october . i am stuck till 3rd week september as the dumbheads have requested for PCC from england and singapore which were already sent to them in may'14 .all we can do is wait . Be patient. Your file will only be in process once they reopen ur file after ADR . Rest we can never predict what NDVO is upto .

Guys - I have been off forum for 2-3 days, and perhaps have missed the news, but did the two Jan 2014 applicants (mandaher and luv) who got DM recently, did they get PPR till yet or not? Thanks.

Just an observation, may not be accurate.....the two people who got IP today had medicals in NOV'13..

Assuming that is a pattern - by that trend, "1272" should be next followed by jan applicants who did medicals in December and so on....

i could also be wrong.....but this looks like it...

One of my friends went through the visa process for her husband and both times she had an interview, but with grace of god her husband is here with her now.
She told me that they check each and every application three times through 3 different agents. When the application reaches the last agent thats when your status changes to In Process and Decsion made. Just because your status has not changed doesnt mean they have not even touched your application. It just means the last agent might have it. Depending on when you applied.
Also someone on this forum mentioned sometimes your status doesn't change even after u get a PPR through post or email.
