You don't have to send anything if u have already submitted at the time of ur application.Even I am from Calcutta and I have submitted one from the passport office..so even if u have submitted any one u don't have to respond..It's an auto generated mail which goes out to everyone...

cheers chatwant,

i actually called cic today, and they said the same thing as well...wish you a speedy procedure... and thanks........

Now as per the records of CIC name of my spouse is without surname...only first name is appearing (because the Old Passport on which medicals were done contains only First Name).

How to change it in NDVO records.

I am planning to tell my wife in India to make an affidavit and attach old as well new passport copies, Aaadhar card, PAN Card, Driving License and Marriage certificate, and write a proper covering letter for addition of surname..

Any thoughts and value additions pls???

For how long a PCC is valid????

I have everything I need to apply for except PCC from 2 countries incl. India. I though we could only apply once we have everything. Should I apply now in hoping that i'll get PCCs soon which I can then forward to NVDO? Would my application move from CIC Mississauga to NVDO without PCCs?

You can write an explanation.

I dont submitted the Option C printout, but submitted original Ressessment order and explained my situation.

PCC is valid for 6 months n these days PPR is taking 8 months then can they ask for another PCC.. looking at the trend PPR is requested at the end.. So PCC is valid or not.

but i didn't see NDVO asking for Re-PCc...so i guess in case of pcc it will be fine..

It might be a rare case that they ask PPC again. The only issue is with medicals.

Nothernlights, that would be a great exercise as it will confirm your wife's last name. However, I would suggest you to post this in 2013 forum and try asking seniors. Might possible that somebody over there has already went through this. Just a suggestion. :)
