Yea...i am thinking the same..Resign in Sept and 1 month of notice period so, in OCt end we can get free...n do some shopping and wait for Visa lolz......

My hard luck.. we first applied for visiting visa as PR takes time n i had resigned in March.. Now its been 5 months... i am new to this forum n didnt apply for new job in the hope of getting my visa sooner... now after listening all these updates i m planning to join some part time job.. I dont know why god is testing our patience level...

Can anyone suggest that i m april applicant.. so when do i expect to get my visa??

I guess you can start part time job, u can get ur visa may be around in dec-14 or jan 15 or may be.....keep ur mind busy in jobs...so it can be easier for u to wait till u get ur visa..we all are waiting ...

My bday... my husband's bday... i'll miss all of that... Last year's strike messed up everything.. i just hope i'll get my visa before feb 2015 otherwise i'll miss our anniversary too....

Really you missed your first anniversay.. like u applied in feb 2014 n u missed your anniversary.. means u get married last year... sad dear.. i just hope we will get out visa soon...

Initially we applied for TRV but it gets rejected then we applied for spouse PR on april 2 2014
