GUYS FINALLY STAUS CHANGED TO "IN PROCESS" I'M A DEC APPLICANT, YES I'M SHOCKED TOO.

ANY GUESS ON HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE IT TO CHANGE 'DECISION MADE'

congrats arvind12...ur case has really made every1 in forum excited haha
well my understanding says tat ndvo is now getting into a big back log, so trying to push thru few straight fwd cases where they don't hv any red flags hence no interview and ppl who have medicals valid till min. 1month or 2-3 months, so tat by the time they issue them visa they don't need to get into another lengthy process of remed for those files...and hence will reduce/maintain ndvo's avg time on cic website (16 months)

that's wt I think , I wud request arvind12 to please share some details - if he or his spouse has any divorce history? they had an arranged marriage? had submitted all photos of engagement, wedding, honeymoon?

these will answer most ppl doubts as to y ndvo has cherry picked some select cases...maybe to show a good example for minimum processing time for few applications

Can't say anything . How dey work ? Do they sincerely work or not m still waiting even visa officer asked me to submit medical asap n den he ll grant me visa bt i heard nothinh after dat . I jst got remedical req dis july 1 n did on 3 july . All i can say dw bt i know its not dat easy to not to worry but think positive . Jst pray to god , only god can do some miracle n we all genuine applicants will get visa soon

I have got a post mail in which my original birth certificate is enclosed and no other info mentioned on covering letter

what does this mean? at what stage do they return ori birth certificate any idea?
my status shows IP since 15 may

Nope thats not true because oct nd nov applicants has also valid med.

I have no idea as I was told to send a copy of the birth certificate not the original. I guess its a good sign seems someones going through your file hopefully you get DM soon... wish you the best.

I did not get ADR, I was just saying that I sent a copy of birth certificate not the original when I first applied.
