Hmm... you are right, it could happen that it will sit IN-Process for a while since a lot of files are before you.
Only one way to find out. Order notes and see what stage are they at in your file. Medical passed? background check passed? etc.

In your timeline your file transfer is March and you said above AOR2 on May so its confusing

yes, i got aor on march saying my sponsorship has been approved and file has been sent to delhi. In may my wife got email saying (AOR2) file has been received in delhi and she got a new client id.

Hey guys,

My brother-in-law received an email from Immigration Canada New Delhi India for his passport request and they said to fill a form that's attached to the email and send it with your passport to get your visa BUT apparently in the email they forgot the attachment also it said we have to send everything within 30 days or they will close the file. We send them an email about this problem but it has been 5 days they haven't replied to us and we have only 25 days left. Any idea what to do.

You need to submit your passport in your nearby Visa application centre (VAC) in your city. Check out the website www.vfsglobal.ca and select region> then Country> passport Transmission services

Hi I am august applicant my file was transferred to delhi in nov still my status is application recieved but ndvo has added new point that is medical result has been recieved but my medical is already expired and I have not done remedical so wat does that mean is their any confusion or is somthing good for me like they will not ask me for remed

Medicals received means you have cleared your medicals
They will request you to go 4 re Medicals wait 4 the re Medicals letter and then go 4 it

Punjab applicants have to suffer coz of the misdeeds of fake marriages in punjab ....as a result genuine cases like ours are being queued up so longgg
God knows when will people realize that illegal ways and fooling around with ndvo will end up in strict rules and laws making it impossible to go.

If your application is perfect and clear if you have submitted the necessary documents supporting your marriage , paid the fees, submitted the pcc you can expect your visa with in 7-8 months of time from the day your file has been transferred to ndvo. Regarding your medicals may I know when did you go 4 medical.

Not sure why it changed....till now it used to be application received, now the link says in process. But when i click on link to expand details, it does not say that they started processing or any new update. It still says that app received on...and meds received thats all
