I know a nice way, write a nice love letter to your partner and wait for reply to come next morning That reply will come lot sooner and will be much better than NDVO

Nothing helps.....I speak to him everyday...before leaving to work and then again in the evening. This wait has reached a level where we both can explode anytime now. It is ridiculous that visa office cannot take the decision on your file in 12 months period. They just want couples to suffer and nothing more.

Lucky are those who got their Visas on time. Good luck to you ALL .................as our wait continues to no end :'( :'(.

Hey, she had to get an original police clearance from another country where she had lived before, I guess they side tracked it because her application didnt have it, just from the Indian Consulte from that country. So I guess when the MP enquired in late december, they emailed her the reason finally so we had to get that done. Application sent on Apr, In process sice sept, Re-Medical Request last week.

Thanks a lot d4d for the info. I am july 2014 applicant and still stuck in AR/MR. One of my friends was also a july applicant. He got his file in process last week.

Guyz I got Decision Made on ECAS on 19th March 2015. I have a lawyer/ immigration consultant, who is representing my case. He/ I have not received PPR request till now.
Looking at the other cases I believe I should have got PPR by now.

Please suggest what action I can take in this case. Should I wait or there is a way to get in touch with NDVO. My worry is medical is expiring on 20th April 2015.

I also have a lawyer as a representative. My lawyer is the one who received PPR,then he forwarded to us. It'll be better to talk to him and see whats going on ...

Avneet go for MP inquiry. It will be much faster than waiting for Notes. you are already in your 14 month.....MP inquiry can sometimes help in speed up the process.

I would recommend to get it done ASAP rather than waiting for notes

how long is it advisable to wait before going for the MP enquiry? I am may 2014 applicant but received a letter for additional document back in Jan 2015 and since then nothing. status is in AR.

You don't need an appointment. I never went to his office. send him an email and they will reply with all the information they need to submit the inquiry.

I am still waiting for my reply on inquiry. The secretary mentioned they will submit and it can take upto 2 weeks to get a reply for an overseas inquiry. Not sure how true is that as I have heard they get the reply next day. Neverthless I am assuming this is their standard reply. She will send me the information as soon NDVO sends it to them. Hopefully tomorrow I will hear something.
