Any additional information should be submitted by the application in India
Also any documents pertaining to the file should be sent to NDVO, I wanted to send as well but was suggested by more senior member not to do the same.

As per my calculations its time for the august applicants to hear some good news....coz hopefully july is about to complete...if they wrk timely i guess we all will b able to get our ppr soon...hope so we all meeet our loved ones asap...
I believe in god and have confidence that we will get thru all these waitings very soon and land in canada

I am April 2014 applicant, just wondering if anyone knows (or from experience) after remedical, how long does it take to get PPR. I got it done last Thursday, next day after the request as they wanted it within 7 days. Thanks in advance!

Yes, Additional Documents of recent visit should be submitted by the applicant from India and not from Canada. Lawyer suggested the same to us as well.

It can take upto 2-3 months after remedical. Have to keep some patience

2 months maximum I suppose. Just hang in man, at least your case has reached it's finish line. In my case despite our relationship being genuine (as per gcms case notes), our file has not inched any further. It will be exactly a year in about 2 weeks time since filing.

I am going India next week to see my wife ;D and will be submitting all trip related documents to NDVO later on.

I have (2) Questions:
1. Should I (from Canada) or my wife (From India) submit these documents to NDVO ??
2. Do we send it to the New delhi visa office ? is there any additional documents we should be filling ?

Any reason why you think it is necessary? Do you have an interview scheduled? Just curious. This wasn't necessary as far as I know.

Thanks! I would advice you to do an MP inquiry, I did that for my wife from here, as it was stuck at in process for her, and the new delhi office emailed me right away for the reason behind it being in process for so long.

No, touch wood thankfully not. I visited my wife every 3 months for few days. But never intimated NDVO about any trips. It didn't have any effect on them. From my notes, I can see that they generally discard any emails you send them, and if you attach something important then they move the attachment to case folder. I don't believe notifying NDVO about our trips will have any impact unless an interview is expected and you need to prove that the relationship is genuine. It may simply slow down New Delhi office overall sorting through extra documentation.
